Thank you for shopping with Strong.lk! We aim to make your order process fast, transparent, and hassle-free. Please review our shipping and pickup guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Standard Delivery

       Delivery Time:
 Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery may take 3–4 working days.

       Dispatch Schedule:
 Orders placed after Friday noon will be dispatched on the next working day, as our courier partners do not pick up parcels over the weekend.

       Delays:
 While we strive to deliver on time, please note that unavoidable courier delays may occasionally occur. If you haven’t received your package by the end of the second working day after dispatch, please contact us so we can check with our delivery partners.

2. Local Pickup (Colombo Area)

If you’re located in or near Colombo and need your order ASAP, you can choose our Local Pickup option at checkout.

       How It Works:

1.     Select “Local Pickup” when placing your order (no delivery charge will be applied).

2.     Connect with us via WhatsApp and make sure the item is available at the outlet/branch that your go to arrange the  PickMe Flash or Uber Courier

3.     Arrange your own PickMe Flash or Uber Courier rider to collect your order from our location.

4.     Our location can be found on Google Map.

5.     Send us your rider’s details via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed as ready.

6.     Pickups can be made during our store hours (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM).

3. Pickup Confirmation

Some of our special or limited-edition items are available only at selected outlets.
 To ensure all your chosen items and flavors are available for collection, please let us know which outlet you plan to visit and your pickup date/time.
 Once confirmed, we’ll prepare your full order for quick collection.

4. Important Note on Third-Party Deliveries

We do not arrange PickMe or Uber deliveries on behalf of customers due to past issues such as:

       Wrong destinations being entered by drivers

       Unpredictable delivery charges

       Riders unable to reach customers upon arrival

       Difficulties retrieving uncollected packages

For these reasons, we ask customers to book and manage their own pickups.
 Please ensure to enter our store name (Strong.lk) and main hotline number as the contact when booking.
