STRONG.LK  is the premier fitness platform in Sri Lanka with a dedicated fitness store providing expert advice, fitness content and supplementation to the Sri Lankan market.

STRONG.LK’s corporate training program develops custom training plans that
focus on the unique and specific needs of employees who work in today’s
large-scale office environment, and we work with our clients to build out a solution
that speaks to their needs. Our dedicated team of qualified and experienced
coaches conducts the training programs and ensures tracking of individual
progress over time starting from the preliminary body composition test to periodic
check-ups to guarantee progress for all participants.

Our Corporate training program model

Live Strong

A special tailormade aerobics training programme to enhance overall fitness and stimulate fat loss. Our expert team of trainers customize each programme whilst considering individual capacities. Our team of trainers conducting the session will personally assist every individual to push past limits and motivate every member to fulfil their fitness goals. Training sessions will be conducted within office premises.

FitCore

A Special core circuit training session as part of the fitness programme targeting all areas of the core muscle to strengthen the core and enhance burning of stubborn stomach fat. Training sessions will be conducted within office premises.

Proactive Wellness

Proactive Wellness – A Preliminary health assessment will be conducted for all attendees to measure health statistics. The following statistics will be measured as part of the onboarding process – Weight, BMI, Fat %, Muscle, Water %, V-Fat, Bone Mass and Metabolism. These statistics will be periodically measured to keep an ongoing track of health progress.

Fun to Fit

Fun to Fit – This is a specially designed programme incorporating games, rewards, team-building physical exercises to induce fun into the workout whist also helping in stress management. This custom programme is an optional feature to be added as a way to switch things around and create more engagement amongst the members. Training sessions will be conducted within office premises
