Directions For Carnivor: For a delicious protein shake, mix 1 scoop of CARNIVOR with 6-8 fl. oz. of cold water in a shaker bottle. Protein may foam after mixing. Take 1-2 times daily.

DIRECTIONS: Mix 4 scoops with 800ml of your favourite beverage and consume one serving between meals and another immediately after working out. The formula is highly concentrated and potent so you may want to consider opting for half servings 2 to 3 times a day.

RUSSIAN BEAR 10000 WEIGHT GAINER 5LBS

As dietary supplement ,mix 6 scoops (470g) of Russian Bear 10000 (each scoop is 78.3g x 6 470g) with 750mL milk or water or your favorite juice (each scoops shall be mixed with 150mL-200mL).
