RUSSIAN BEAR 10000 WEIGHT GAINER 10lbs

As dietary supplement ,mix 6 scoops (470g) of Russian Bear 10000 (each scoop is 78.3g x 6 470g) with 750mL milk or water or your favorite juice (each scoops shall be mixed with 150mL-200mL). Preferably 1-2 scoops in the morning (78.3g-156.6g), 1-2 scoops afternoon(78.3g-156.6g) and 1-2 scoops after workout (78.3g-156.6g).

Please don't exceed 6 scoops per day and make sure to drink at least 1.5 liter of water during the day
