Directions For CELL-TECH:

Take 1 scoop of CELL-TECH™ with 6 oz. of water immediately following your workout. If you're not training that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Directions For King Mass XL:

Blender - Mix 2-4 scoops of KING MASS XL® with 20-40oz of water or milk. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. If desired, add ice cubes, fruit, peanut butter, etc.

Shaker - Mix 1 scoop of KING MASS XL® for every 8-10oz of water or milk. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
