RUSSIAN BEAR 10000 WEIGHT GAINER 10lbs

As dietary supplement ,mix 6 scoops (470g) of Russian Bear 10000 (each scoop is 78.3g x 6 470g) with 750mL milk or water or your favorite juice (each scoops shall be mixed with 150mL-200mL).
