GOLD STANDARD 100% WHEY 2LBS

Directions For Gold Standard 100% Whey:

SPOON STIRRED: Gold Standard 100% Whey™ is INSTANTIZED. That means if you forgot your shaker cup or don’t have time to get out the blender, you can just add one rounded scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ to a glass filled with 6-8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for about 20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.

CARNIVOR MASS 10LBS

Directions For Carnivor Mass: Add 16 fl. oz. (475mL) of water to a shaker bottle, blender or other container. Add 4 scoops of CARNIVOR MASS. Mix or blend until the desired texture is achieved before drinking. For a thicker, sweeter shake, add less water. For a thinner shake, add more water.
